XMotive is a digital interactive marketing management company in the Hampton Roads area. We design, and manage websites for small, and medium size businesses.

We became interactive by adding our Dance Team Program. The Dance Team Program is a Hip Hop Dance Team Program designed to assist with Sponsorships, and community involvement campaigns. The Dance Team can be featured in Marketing Videos, Grand Openings, For Profit Community Events, Non Profit Community Events, and so much more.

Our History: XMotive Legends Dance Team has been around since 2014. We were formerly known as XMotive Diamonds the team has participated in Hampton Roads Christmas Parade, Hampton Roads Lighting Boat Parade, and our very own showcase.

Job Description: The Dance Team Assistant Choreographer will play an important role in the interactive side of our company. XMotive Elites is a new team we are working to develop for teenagers this will be a program that will participate in Community Free Events, Parades, Showcases, Competitions, and so much more! We are looking for the right Choreographer who will assist, and build the membership to this team, as well as lead the XMotive Legends Team.

Dance Team Duties:

• Participate in Practices either Saturday/Tuesday
• Be available for team events, and practices
• Work as a Team to learn, and Develop New Routines
• Participate in Scheduled Company Events
• Assist Team Leadership as needed
• Assist with Team Bookings Inquires
• Participate in Marketing Videos for bookings
• Assist with developing internal marketing strategies
• Assist Choreographers as needed
• Assist the team as needed or as assigned

We currently have two different practices the team can participate in. The first practice is on Saturdays Mornings starting at 10:00am , and the second practices are on Saturdays from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm.
